The Coquito Recipe
A delicious holiday cocktail that uses rum, coconut milk, and plenty of spices
Ingredients
- 250 ml Aged Puerto Rican Rum
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 125 ml Creme of Coconut (recipe below)
- 125 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- Store in the fridge for 1-2 months
The Creme of Coconut Recipe
- Heat 400 ml of coconut milk with 375 grams of sugar until it dissolves. Add a pinch of salt.
