  1. Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Add egg and butter to wet ingredients and whisk
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until only small lumps remain
  5. Let sit 30 mins or overnight
  6. Put 1/4 cup in a pan
  7. Pan fry over medium heat until golden brown
  8. Enjoy with butter and maple syrup
