Pancake Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe for people without access to buttermilk
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 egg
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
Directions
- Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add egg and butter to wet ingredients and whisk
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until only small lumps remain
- Let sit 30 mins or overnight
- Put 1/4 cup in a pan
- Pan fry over medium heat until golden brown
- Enjoy with butter and maple syrup
